was geen culinair hoogstandje. carpaccio was heerlijk. de snitzel was echt heel hard en taai gebakken leek wel verbrand. heb er ook maar 1 stukje van op. zou doorgegeven worden aan de keuken maar er niks meer van terug gehoord ook geen excuses gehad. bastogne parfait was erg soppig.
