Wij hebben met veel plezier gegeten bij restaurant 'De Slotplaats'.
De ontvangst was uitermate vriendelijk en de bediening aan tafel heel ontspannen en plezierig. De toelichting aan tafel over de gerechten en de wijn, zowel door de chef zelf als door de andere medewerkers, straalde een enthousiasme en veel liefde ...
Wij hebben met veel plezier gegeten bij restaurant 'De Slotplaats'.
De ontvangst was uitermate vriendelijk en de bediening aan tafel heel ontspannen en plezierig. De toelichting aan tafel over de gerechten en de wijn, zowel door de chef zelf als door de andere medewerkers, straalde een enthousiasme en veel liefde voor het vak uit. Je voelde je als gast hartelijk welkom.
Het eten was geweldig. Chef Jouke had had met zijn team prachtige en verassende gerechten gecreëerd: een lust voor het oog en heerlijk om te proeven. Een combinatie van warm en koud in één gang, of het zelf met een vijzel fijn stampen van een met vloeibaar stikstof ter plekke bevroren kruidenmix...steeds werden wij weer door iets bijzonders verrast. De sommelier had bij de gerechten de wijnen prachtig uitgezocht en maakte daarmee het heerlijke diner compleet.
Kortom, wij hebben een geweldige avond gehad en kunnen dit restaurant van harte aanbevelen!

The Slotplaats Bakkeveen is an age-old estate with a renovated castle farm. It is a place full of history. Unwind completely in the impressive gardens and woods that surround the estate.
