Verrassend is voor ons de juiste omschrijving voor zowel de lokatie als de gerechten.
Heerlijke en mooie gerechten met bijpassende wijnen worden geserveerd door een enthousiast team.

Restaurant The Riverside is located on a historic site in Maarssen. In 2021, the restaurant has undergone a complete metamorphosis. For example, it has been given a contemporary modern design where you can enjoy yourself in a relaxed atmosphere. The kitchen, led by chef Tom Vermeulen, has also been given a metamorphosis. The menu changes four times a year and is all about surprise. Perfectly composed flavor explosions where every bite should be a surprise. In short, a wonderful place for a nice lunch or dinner.

Naar aanleiding van het telefonisch onderhoud en uw teleurstelling, dat er buiten ons om ergens iets fout is gegaan, hebben wij u voor een volgende keer een glas champagne en een amuses aangeboden. Aangezien het om een verjaardag ging was de teleurstelling duidelijk te merken in de wijze waarop u reageerde. De uiting van uw teleurstelling bleef maar aan, wat maakte dat de medewerker het gesprek moest beëindigen. Na het intern te hebben besproken waren wij voornemens om op een later moment nogmaals contact met u te zoeken. Aangezien u het nu op deze wijze doet zullen wij hier dan ook reageren. Nogmaals onze excuses voor het feit dat er in het systeem iets niet goed is gegaan. En aangezien u telefonisch en ook hier weer aangeeft niet meer van plan bent om bij ons te komen. Zou ik het hierbij willen laten en zijn wij in ieder geval blij dat u bij onze collega's in Loosdrecht te recht kon. Zeker ook een goede keuze want zoals u al aangeeft en wij ook kunnen beamen service en eten zeer goed.
