"Heerlijk eten in een historisch gebouw"

In een oud notariskantoor in het mooie dorp Beetsterzwaag is Prins Heerlijck gevestigd. Er is een aantal ruimtes waar gegeten kan worden. Tafeltjes staan lekker ver uit elkaar. We genoten van een drie-gangen diner, waarin onder meer Friese specialiteiten in waren verwerkt.

De gerechten waren wisselend van kwaliteit in de restaurantweek/maand. Tournedos zou ik een 10 geven, de heilbot een onvoldoende. Die laatste was net pap, heeft ook met de vissoorten te maken, maar kies dan een andere vis. Mooi restaurant en fijne bediening.
