Het neerleggen van het bestek, het neerzetten van de wijnglazen en het inschenken ervan. Helaas na 3 uur hadden we gang 3 van de 7 gangen nog niet gehad. Het is rommelig en rumoerig (mede dankzij een onbeschofte groep Belgen). Gepropt in een smal gangetje waar continue personeel doorheen loopt en je opzij moet duiken om niet geraakt te worden. We zitten vlakbij de keuken waar het af en toe onaangenaam verbrand ruikt. Het eten is okay wat vlak weinig op smaak, voor 150 euro de man (incl wijn dat wel) kan het echt wel beter. De wijnen zijn overigens verrassend en erg goed. Complimenten aan de sommelier. Onze “vaste” dame in de bediening is vriendelijk en doet echt haar best.
Superlekkere prachtige gerechtjes, mooi opgediend en zeer origineel.
Aardige en spontane bediening, sfeervolle ambiance
