Heerlijk 6 gangendiner met lekkere wijnen. De porties waren groot. Leuk zitten, alleen de akoestiek is niet geweldig, waardoor de uitleg van de wijnen niet goed te verstaan was.
Wij waren die andere gasten die het ongeluk met de glazen deur meemaakten en hielpen.
Het personeel toonde geen enkele empatie, ging gewoon door alsof er niets gebeurt was terwijl de gast kijhard tegen de nieuw geplaatste glazen deur was gelopen, waarop geen sticker zat!
Hij zei , super nonchalant, "het maakt niet...

Terwijl hij gewoon doorging met zijn werkzaamheden! Ze weten alle details van hun gerechten maar de klant staat duidelijk niet centraal!
Ze kunnen blij zijn als de andere gasten hen niet aansprakelijk hebben gesteld.
Ook na dit ongeval werd geen actie ondernomen om iets op de deur te plakken. Dus hij zegt dat gebeurd vaker en onderneemt geen enkele actie?!

Doordat er geen stickers op de buitendeur zaten liep hij in volle vaart met zijn hoofd tegen de glazendeur buitendeur aan en werd onwel. Gelukkig was er een behulpzame gast die te hulp schoot om te voorkomen dat mijn man op de grond zou vallen omdat hij steeds opnieuw dreigde weg te zakken en mij op het hart drukte om 112 te bellen want hij was er slecht aan toe. Het personeel heeft geen enkele blijk van interesse getoond of hulp aangeboden. Ze gaven de indruk dat dit maar lastig was. Ondanks de stresssituatie ben ik nog naar de kasa gelopen om de rekening te vragen. Terwijl de ambulance op mij stond te wachten om te kunnen vertrekken werd me verteld dat uit coulance een 3 gangen menu werd berekend i.p.v.. 6 gangen. Verder werd alles volledig in rekening gebracht tot en met het water arrangement toe. Zelfs op dat moment werd er door het personeel niet gevraagd hoe het met mijn man ging of gezegd mevrouw ga maar vlug met de ambulance mee. Achter me hoorde ik gasten tegen elkaar zeggen: moet ze nu ook nog betalen? Schandalig. Ik wilde echter alleen maar zo vlug mogelijk naar de ambulance en naar mijn echtgenoot. Ook nadien is er totaal geen interesse getoond.
Eten is top. Personeel zeer vriendelijk. Een aanrader!
