We had 9 course with 6 amuse. The food was carefully prepared and the presentation and creativity were very good. It took quite long to finish the menu, we were there from 6:30 to 11:30pm. The restaurant is small with an open kitchen therefore it could get quite smoky and our jackets smelled quite badly when we left the restaurant
We waren met 8 personen en kregen het 9 gangen menu. Het is vooral heel lang wachten. Tussen de verschillende gangen zit wel heel veel tijd. We gingen 7 uur aan tafel en waren half 1 klaar.
De gangen vond ik wisselend van kwaliteit. De kreeft erg lekker, de patrijs echt veel te droog en een stukje zeewolf zo klein...

Het was heerlijk, zeer goed verzorgd en verrassend eten. Ook de bediening en service daarbij waren zeer vriendelijk en uitstekend.
Wat minder goed was, was het geluid. We kregen de zgn."dinners table" die dicht bij bar en keuken was. Echter, de keuken is niet afgeschermd en het geluid dat daarvan kwam was uitermate...

Dit hebben we ook met restauranteigenaars besproken. Zij adviseerden ons om een volgend keer een andere tafel te reserveren. Overigens was een zeer gulle compensatie dat een dessert niet werd gerekend en we een tegoedbon kregen voor een volgend diner. Al met al : een prima restaurant.
