Het eten was heel apart, een wafeltje van zeewier, als amuse. Interessant en deed ons uitkijken naar de rest. Een voorgerecht met erwtensoep en spruitjes, maar zo gemaakt dat het een smaaksensatie was, en echt overheerlijk. Kip verrukkelijk, het dessert kon mij niet zo bekoren maar mijn man vond het heerlijk. We komen zeker nog eens als we in Haamstede zijn. We zijn benieuwd naar de verdere ontwikkeling van dit restaurant.
Het eten was divers en uitstekend. Vooral het nagerecht is heel verassend.
