Je proeft zoveel liefde voor het vak; fijne smaken en mooi opgemaakte borden. En dan ook nog eens Nikki aan je tafeltje, die vol enthousiasme over de heerlijke bijpassende wijnen verteld. Normaliter schrijf ik niet zo vaak een recensie. Zometeen moet je weken van te voren reserveren om nog een plekje in dit restaurant te krijgen. Maar ik gun het dit hardwerkende en jonge stel met hun enthousiaste ambitie zo erg. En dan hoop ik ook voor ze, dat het restaurant ook op zaterdagavond prettig gevuld gaat worden. Met mensen die net zo genieten als wij hebben gedaan.
Echt een verassing om hier te eten. Het was op dinsdag dus erg rustig (nog twee andere gasten) maar daar merkten we niets van. Alles werd met grote zorg bereid en geserveerd. We kregen zelfs een drankje aangeboden ivm de verjaardag van mijn man. Aanrader! We komen zeker terug.
Hebben een heel mooi menu gehad met goede bijpassende wijn.
