Heerlijk gegeten bij Sjef's restaurant. Mooie combinatie van eten en wijn assortiment. Waar we ook ontzettend van genoten is de passie waarmee Jack, Mary en Bas hun producten presenteren en uitleg geven over hun assortiment. Was meer dan de moeite waard en voor herhaling vatbaar.

Het eten is ook prima. Geen hele uitgesproken smaken of verrassende combinaties, maar meer dan prima. Al waren de 3 verschillende wijze van bereidingen van pastinaak bij de coquille smaakvol.
Al met al een aanrader om nog eens te gaan eten.
