Heerlijk gegeten in een prettige ambiance. Klein restaurant waardoor de chefkok zelf nog aan tafel komt om de gerechten toe te lichten en er gelegenheid is om vragen te stellen. Ingredienten komen veelal uit de regio of zijn elders op ambachtelijke wijze geproduceerd. Smaakte erg goed, voor herhaling vatbaar!
Mooi verfijnd eten, goed op smaak en prettige sfeer. Heerlijke wijnen.
Dank je Daniëlle voor deze mooie review. Was ook erg leuk om voor jullie een highwine samen te stellen met 3 goede wijnen en 3 bijpassende gerechtjes. En zoals je ervaren hebt hou ik van (h)eerlijke gerechten met verrassende smaakcombinaties of smaaktwist. En zoals bij het afscheid al gezegd: Tot de volgende keer!!
Wederom heerlijk gegeten in een gezellige ambiance
Dank je Anna, was ook weer gezellig om voor jullie te koken, maar nu samen met jullie dochter. Zij heeft ook een lovende review geschreven op Google en vond vooral het "vergeten vlees" een fenomaal gerecht. Leuk dat ook zij de verrassende smaakcombinaties zo weet te waarderen. Tot de volgende keer!! (ik ben al weer bezig met nieuwe gerechtjes te bedenken)
Zeer geslaagde avond dankzij voortreffelijk eten en plezierige service
Dank je Henk voor deze mooie review. Ondanks de superdrukke avond was het wel een superleuke avond en hebben wij ook met jullie ongelofelijk veel lol gehad en dat maakt horeca nu ook zo leuk. Jullie waren dan ook wel hele dankbare gasten om voor te koken. Vooral het dessert momentje was om in te lijsten. Wij lagen 2 uur daarna nog krom van het lachen. Tot een volgende keer en natuurlijk van harte welkom met jullie Belgische vrienden.
Huiskamerrestaurant wat het wel probeert
Jammer dat jullie het zo ervaren hebben, maar eerlijk gezegd voelde ik op de avond zelf al aan, dat wij qua restaurant niet bij jullie pasten. En dat kan nu eenmaal gebeuren. Uiteindelijk bind iedere horecazaak gasten aan zich, die zich bij het gebodene prettig voelen en een leuke middag of avond beleven. En dat is ook het leuke van Dining with the stars, waarmee je voor een leuke prijs kennis kunt maken met een restaurant naar keuze. En dat vele gasten ons concept waarderen blijkt wel uit de reviews, die wij al binnenkregen en ook na deze review weer mochten ontvangen. Het concept wat wij bieden is overigens ook niet "zomaar" ontstaan, maar is een bewuste keuze. In het verleden heb ik voor een bureau ongeveer 10 jaar mystery guest onderzoeken uitgevoerd in restaurants en hotels en was op basis van deze ervaringen van mening dat het op sommige punten ook anders kan. En met die insteek ben ik in 2020 met dit restaurant begonnen. Ik "probeer" dan eigenlijk ook niets, maar is het gebodene qua gerechten, sfeer en service een hele bewuste keuze. En dat past bij je of niet. In jullie geval helaas dus niet, maar daar is verder ook niets mis mee. In ieder geval toch bedankt voor je review, want iedere review, die uit het hart gegeven wordt is een cadeautje voor iedere horeca ondernemer. En zo ervaar ik deze review dan ook.
