Na een zonnige dag een fijne afsluiting in deze mooie bistro met een 4 gangen diner. Moest even wennen aan de Engelstalige ontvangst in een Nederlands restaurant, maar verder heerlijk genoten.
Heerlijk 4 gangen menu, gangen kwamen vlot na elkaar. Bediening erg vriendelijk en er hangt een gezellige sfeer. Zeker een aanrader! Eén minpuntje, toen we thuiskwamen zagen we dat er een extra hoofdgerecht op de bon gerekend was, dus teruggereden en daar het geld van terug gekregen, daarom 4 sterren voor de service anders had dat ook 5 sterren geweest.

In the cosy beach town of Burgh-Haamstede, the new stylish and warm restaurant Bar Bistro DuCo is located in the Fletcher Strandhotel Haamstede. The food here is prepared in a unique charcoal oven, giving the dishes a delicious and full flavour. This gives each dish a unique but delicious flavour. For instance, the fish is extra soft, the meat super tender and the vegetables are even more flavoursome. Of course, the restaurant also serves delicious vegetarian dishes. After a lovely day at the beach, unwind in the hotel restaurant with its casual atmosphere.
