Het eten was uitstekend we hadden bij de Prosecco een oester proeverij buitengewoon lekker. De voorgerechten waren heerlijk Krab en zwezerik. Als hoofdgerecht gepocheerde tong. De combinaties van smaak was uitstekend. Aan de opmaak van de gerechten was veel aandacht besteed. Kortom het was echt een feestje.
Wat hebben we toch intens genoten van alle culinaire hoogstandjes, welke wij geserveerd kregen. Elke gang was een kunstwerkje op zich en de smaken waren mooi op elkaar afgestemd, net als de wijnen die erbij geserveerd werden. De enthousiaste bediening en mooie entourage maakten het plaatje helemaal af. Wat een feestje!
Fantastische avond gehad. Prachtige borden met zalig eten, goede sfeer, kundige en vriendelijke bediening. Top!
Voor het eerst in 't Ganzenest gegeten. Een late lunch die begon in de tuin maar door de regen eindigde in het restaurant.
Goed gegeten op top niveau. Verrassend, verzorgd en een hele fijne, attente bediening.
