Mooie gevarieerde 4 gangen lunch. Mooie porties, goed evenwichtig tempo, verassende wijnen. Vriendelijke, ongedwongen maar deskundige begeleiding van personeel.
Eten is niet alleen smaak, opmaak en ingrediënten maar ook bediening en sfeer en dat alles was prima in orde.

Wij waren voor de tweede keer bij het Ganzenest en voor de tweede keer stonden er meerdere dingen op de rekening die niet klopten. Dit werd keurig opgelost door onze 17-jarige serveerster waar eigenlijk op dat moment de manager zijn excuses had moeten aanbieden. Zeker voor een restaurant met een ster kan dit echt niet. Ons zien ze hier niet meer terug.
