Zeer vriendelijke en professionele gastheren en vrouwelijke sommelier. Huisgemaakte ijsthee: aanradertje. Enige minpuntjes: de akoestiek is slecht en het was frisjes bij binnenkomst , maar beide verbeterden naarmate er meer gasten binnenkwamen. Genoten, dus Dank!

Wij waren met name onder de indruk van het geweldige serviesgoed! En de jongeman die geen horeca ambitie heeft maar dit wel naast zijn VWO uitstekend deed. We hebben super gegeten echt verrassend. Bij het menu zit ook een toetje; wij raden af daarna de friandises te bestellen want dat was écht veel te veel.
Héérlijk gegeten! Bij ieder gerecht wat op tafel kwam, werd je verrast door de opmaak, de techniek én de smaak. Prachtig restaurant met een mooi terras.
Zo onwijs heerlijk gehad samen met mijn partner. heerlijke wijnen gepaard met de gerechten op basis van advies, de meest aardige personeel en wat wisten ze veel van de gangen en de wijnen. Echt top 10/10
Mooie gerechten, vriendelijke bediening en rustig terras met zicht op de golfbaan. Een aanrader!

In 't Ganzenest in the green Rijswijk, chef and host Erik Tas creates authentic allure and accessible quality, expanded with the space and facilities that this location has to offer. Erik has gained experience with several big names such as Parkheuvel in Rotterdam and Zwetheul in Schipluiden. Then he chose his own path with the opening of Bij Erik in Leidschendam and later, the opening of restaurant/hotel 't Ganzenest. Every month, he cooks fantastic meals using the ingrediënts of the season, to surprise his guests every time.
