We hebben een fantastische avond gehad. We werden door vriendelijk personeel ontvangen. Heerlijk gegeten. Bediening was prima. Voor ons was het een avond om opnieuw te beleven en dat gaan we zeker doen.
De bediening verliep gaotisch, de drankjes werden erg laat of helemaal niet geserveerd. Een heel rumoerige zaak, de kabeljouw was erg vochtig, maar het uitmuntende dessert en voorgerecht maakten dit weer goed.
Kortom: iets aan de acoustiek doen en de logistiek, bv. apart iemand de drankjes laten verzorgen.
uiteraard geholpen door het geweldige weer hebben we heerlijk buiten gegeten. Gerechten waren op elkaar afgestemd en van goede kwaliteit. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!
We hebben heerlijk gegeten. Het restaurant is zeker aan te bevelen en we zijn van plan er vaker naar toe te gaan. Alleen de toilletten zijn boven en dat is voor oudere of invalide mensen een groot probleem.
De Heeren van Ambacht is nieuw, en dat merk je. Enerzijds aan het feit dat de bedienende brigade kleine steekjes laat vallen, anderzijds aan de prima wijze waarop deze steekjes weer recht gebreid worden. In de restaurantweek werd een vast menu geserveerd wat van prima kwaliteit was hoewel de frisee over de carpaccio...

In de restaurantweek werd een vast menu geserveerd wat van prima kwaliteit was hoewel de frisee over de carpaccio erg enthousiast was toebedeeld en het dessert zeer smaakvol en vooral veel was. Beiden willen we scharen onder Bourgondische gulheid. Het weer was zodanig dat met behulp van de zeer effectieve heaters de hele avond buiten gegeten kon worden op een uitstekend terras. Bij aankomst konden we slechts een blik op het interieur werpen en dat zag er veelbelovend uit.
Al met al een zeer aangename avond gehad en we zullen zeker in de toekomst bij de Heeren terugkeren.
