Er was een keuze tussen een vega menu en een niet vega menu, helaas konden de gerechten van deze menu's niet gewisseld worden per gang. Het grootste minpunt was dat het niet mogelijk was, om een zoutarm menu te krijgen. Dit viel ons erg tegen, ook omdat we dat van te voren per email hadden gemeld
