Geweldig diner! Van begin tot het einde helemaal af. Heel bijzonder dat de chef meeloopt in de bediening, en daarnaast ook nog eens een hele brede kennis van wijn heeft.

Wat een top avond. Heerlijke wijn, amuses en gerechten. We zijn voor 5 gangen gegaan. Alles was keurig verzorgd en bijzonder smakelijk. Complimenten voor de bijzonder symphatieke chef, die naar ons gevoel alles prima onder controle had. Hij was verassend veel aanwezig in de bediening waar hij kundige uitleg aan tafel gaf. Super! We komen snel terug!

Wauw, wat een smaak, kleur en geur beleving! `T kaas plateau met de aanbevolen wijn, was een ware mondexplosie.Wij gaan hier zeker vaker eten.
Hier werkt een Topkok met passie voor zijn vak. (klein -puntje het licht een beetje dimmen?)

nog nooit een voorgerecht gehad waarin ijs werd gebruikt, hier werd ijs met een komkommersmaak gebruikt apart en zeer lekker.
jammer dat er geen visbestek werd gebruikt bij het hoofdgerecht met tarbot.
