All in all my husband and I had a very nice evening with good food and excellent choice of wines. Two of the dishes stood out: the crawfish bisque with crispy polenta and the pork cheek.
It was not our first time at Bij Broeders and it certainly is not going to be our last.

Middag voor de reservering werden we gebeld met de vraag of er nog ergens rekening mee gehouden moest worden. Erg netjes!
Gerechten allemaal superlekker en verrassend. Wij hadden er een half wijn arrangement bij genomen, waarbij de sommelier bij elke wijn een goede uitleg gaf. Duidelijk verstand van wijn en erg gepassioneerd.
