Ik ben hier met twee collega's geweest en wij hadden het 5-gangen menu. We waren het erover eens dat het personeel aardig was, maar dat het eten niet erg bijzonder was (bijv. qua smaakcombinaties) en dat de sfeer wat kil is. Uiteindelijk geen echte hoogtepunten in het menu, waardoor het voor ons niet voor herhaling vatbaar is.
Verrassend lekkere combinaties met passende wijnen. Zou een ander muziekje gedraaid mogen worden.

It was likely the smallest piece of meat I have ever been served for a main course and it actually wasn't that special (certainly have had better on other occassions).
The 6 course menu booked through the Restaurantweek is only 5 euro cheaper than the regular 90 euro menu of the restaurant, so there is barely any incentive offered.

We zaten in de tuin. Aan het begin was er veel geluid om ons heen (een boot met de motor aan en een bladblazer), dus ook al kan je daar als restaurant weinig aan doen bemoeilijkte dat het lastig was om een gesprek met elkaar te voeren.

Prachtige gerechten, hele divers, met veel vis en met vooral veel umami smaken. Precies wat je mag verwachten bij Ono. Alleen de eend vond ik zelf iets minder (beetje taai en weinig smaakcombinaties), de rest was heel goed. De licht gerookte kaviaar (Fish 'n Chips) was het hoogtepunt. Fantastisch.
Ono is zeker een aanrader. De dame is ontzettend gastvrij en hartelijk en opent je, nog net niet letterlijk, met open armen. Dank voor deze avondvullende ervaring!
