Het eten was redelijk / goed, het deed ons denken aan het "oude "van de Valk concept, goed maar geen visitekaartje, we kregen geen menukaart, maar ook geen uitleg wat er werd uitgeserveerd, we waren net aan ons apretiefje begonnen en we kregen ons eerste gerecht al, er was geen vraag en gelegenheid om vooraf eerst nog een broodje te eten en of er bijpassende wijnen waren.
