We hebben heerlijk gegeten, er was goed rekening gehouden met mijn allergie en voorkeuren (dat is nl. altijd afwachten). Het verrassingsmenu was echt een verrassing: niet standaard en er werden mooie smaken gecombineerd. De bediening was gastvrij, professioneel en op de mens gericht. De aanbeveling voor welke alcoholvrije wijn te kiezen was helemaal top!
