Heerlijke 4 gangen menu gegeten. De hoeveelheden waren goed op elkaar afgestemd en de combinaties verrassend.
Personeel heel vriendelijk en attent, voorgerecht werd door de kok geserveerd
De bijpassende wijnen werden. netjes vlak voor de volgende gang ingeschonken (en dus niet pas als je het gerecht al half op hebt)

Heerlijk verrassingsmenu gegeten op een iets te rustige woensdagavond. Helaas ging het bij de tweede hap van de lekkere malse eendenborst goed fout. Een achtergebleven hagel-kogeltje zorgde voor een gebroken kies. De zalm-forel en kabeljauw waren prima. De damherten filet was eveneens lekker mals en zeer smakelijk. Het citroen- sorbetijs met ananas smaakte verrukkelijk en 4 van de 5 kaasjes van de plank gingen gretig naar binnen. De gastheer wist genoeg te vertellen bij de gerechten en de wijnen. Kortom: een echte aanrader!
