Harde muziek, zwak aanbevolen apéritief (zoete en zwakke champenoise, bij olijven, kappers e.d.) 'Gastvrijheid' of gevoel welkom te zijn was mager misschien iets te veel gevraagd voor de jonge gastheer die overigens uiterst serieus zijn werk doet. De drie gangen van het diner stuk voor stuk goed. Kortom: goede keuken, sfeer kan eigener en hartelijker.

Amuse, voorgerecht en dessert krijgen van mij een 10 het hoofdgerecht net ietsje minder, maar misschien ligt dat meer aan mij dan aan de kok. De sfeer in dit intieme restaurant met niet te veel tafels was uitermate aangenaam en gastvrij. Ober en kok werkten uitstekend samen. Vanwege de regen kwamen we veel eerder binnen dan gepland, maar dit was allesbehalve een probleem. We zouden dit restaurant niet hebben willen missen en zijn blij dat we ons weekend Flevopolder ondanks de voorspelde vele regen door hebben laten gaan.
Een absolute aanrader, zoals ook Michelin aangaf.
