Het eten ziet er leuk uit en is lekker. Het is een leuk aangeklede tent, maar twee gerechtjes in twee uur kan niet. Toen ik iets hierover zei, kreeg ik een beledigde reactie. Matig

Echter pas bij tweede gerecht, nadat ik er achter was gekomen wie de sommelier was, uiteindelijk een glas wijn kunnen bestellen. Gemiste kans. Had graag een wijnarrangement bij het eten gehad. Eerste gerecht (zalm) was heerlijk. Tweede gerecht met rog smaakte ook prima echter wel bijzonder kleine gerechtjes. Derde gerecht een ondefineerbare mix van schuim en mousse met aardappel en (koude) stukjes prei. Vierde gerecht (poulet noir) was prima en vijfde, nagerecht, ook. Wat ons opviel is dat alle gerechten 'bite' misten. Te veel schuim, mousse e.d. Overall een rommelige indruk. Wellicht de 'verkeerde' avond geboekt.
