Wij hebben echt een heerlijke avond gehad lekker eten en super bediening
Wat een aangename verrassing! Bijzondere en prachtige, subtiele gerechten. Mooie smaken. Puur, gevarieerd en eigen. Van gang 1 t/m 7 hebben we alleen maar genoten. Beiden een Bob-wijnarrangement, dat perfect aansloot op het menu. Dank voor de gastvrijheid en heerlijke avond!
Primeur via heerlijk gaan eten. Gekozen voor het 7 gangen signaturen menu met bijpassende wijnen.
Sfeer is goed, gemoedelijk maar met aandacht. De wijnen en de sauzen zijn erg sterk en smaakvol. De gerechten vinden we sterk wisselend, de hamachi met komkommer en olijfolie voortreffelijk! De zwarte olijven met creme...
Primeur via heerlijk gaan eten. Gekozen voor het 7 gangen signaturen menu met bijpassende wijnen.
Sfeer is goed, gemoedelijk maar met aandacht. De wijnen en de sauzen zijn erg sterk en smaakvol. De gerechten vinden we sterk wisselend, de hamachi met komkommer en olijfolie voortreffelijk! De zwarte olijven met creme fraiche en rode kool gazpacho erg verwarrend. Kabeljauw, zeekraal en dashi wellicht illustratief. Less is more, is het credo kregen we te horen. Niets mis mee, doorschieten is echter wel een valkuil waarin angstvallig dichtbij wordt gelopen. De procureur met een geweldige jus laat daarentegen weer klasse zijn. De picanha met vadouvansaus en 2 stukjes paksoi, gaat weer naar de valkuil. Net zoals gazpacho, en de kabeljauw schreeuwde dit om een toevoeging waarmee de goede saus genoten kan worden. Al met al met ietsje minder less wordt het dubbel zoveel!
Heerlijk eten met bijpassende wijnen. Afgemeten porties. Mooie opgemaakt en smaakvol.
We hebben top avond gehad!!!
Eten was heerlijk, de bijpassende wijn arrangement ook.
Personeel heel attent, vriendelijk en heel service gericht.
Mooi restaurant,met open keuken. Fijn om te zien hoe relax de chefs aan het werk zijn en allemaal mooie gerechtjes te bereiden.
Zeker voor herhaling vaatbaar.
