7 gangen diner met originele keuzes. De gangen 3 (heilbot), 4 (kalfswang) & 6 (tête de moines) zijn erg geslaagd. In de amuse & gang 5 (eendeborst) overheerst de rode biet nogal & in gang 7 is de garam massala saus te overheersend maar wel een originele vondst. Erg goed wijn arrangement met ruime glazen.
We hebben heerlijk gegeten. Alleen het tempo tussen de gangen was erg hoog. Er mag wel iets meer tijd tussen de gangen zitten.
Voor de tweede keer bij publique gegeten. Wat wordt hier verrassend, creatief en gedrurfd gekookt! En ook nog eens bijzonder smaakvol. Echt inspirerend, maar vooral heel erg lekker. Mooi combinaties met wijnen. Tel daarbij op de geweldig vriendelijke en professionele service en je hebt een top avond. Wij komen graag terug!
