Wat slordigheden met de tafel: geen bij elkaar horend bestek, geen servet bij 1 bestek, koude borden t/m hoofdgerecht. Wat we misten was een wijnkaart, we moesten nu een keuze maken uit de wijnen die bij verschillende gerechten stonden aanbevolen.
Het verrassings menu was afwisselend en uitstekend. De tijd tussen de verschillende gangen vonden wij wat lang. Totaal 2.30 u. voor 5 gangenmenu.
Goed eten de eerste twee gangen was prima lekkere amuse lekkere vis gerechten
Maar toen het hoofdgerecht moest komen hebben we daar een uur op moeten wachten
Toen het eenmaal kwam waren de groentes na genoeg koud het vlees was goed op temperatuur het toetje was heerlijk alleen jammer dat we zo lang moesten w...

We gingen vroeger wel eens naar Fidele in Drachten die is dicht
We werden verwezen naar Spijshuys
Maar dat is toch heel anders
Misschien is de dag verkeerd op vrijdag is het druk dus misschien gaan we nog een keertje proberen op een woensdag of zo dan is het vast minder druk
We hebben fantastisch lekker gegeten.
