De bediening is in tegenstelling tot bij een hoop andere Amsterdamse gelegenheden warm zonder irritant aanwezig te zijn. Het 5 gangen diner bestaat uit verrassende combinaties, wordt geserveerd in een perfect tempo, oogt mooi en is heerlijk! Op de kaart klassieke wijnen. Na het dessert nemen we nog een espresso en een heerlijke gaba oolong thee met melk. Met Iedere week zo’n avondje kom ik de donkere dagen wel door!
We waren op vrijdagavond om 20.00 ineens helemaal alleen in het restaurant, kunnen zij niks aan doen natuurlijk, maar daardoor viel de sfeer wel weg. Service was correct, niet erg persoonlijk. Eten was ook prima
