Erg lekker gegeten, leuke verrassende gerechten vol smaak. Bediening was erg fijn. Na iedere gang werd er gevraagd wanneer de volgende gang geserveerd mocht worden, dat was erg fijn. Een klein minpuntje: het was een beetje koud in het restaurant. Verder en top avond gehad.
Je zou er aan kunnen voorbij lopen, maar achter die barbier stoelen huist een leuk restaurantje met een prima keuken en hartelijke bediening. We hebben heerlijk genoten van een het vier-gangen menu. Borden zijn mooi opgemaakt en het eten is heerlijk.

Een nieuwe zaak in Breda met een duidelijk verhaal (rondom de barbershops en de drooglegging) met een eigen gezicht dat zich vertaalt in de aankleding van de zaak, het gekozen menu met hele leuke en verrassende gerechten voor de vis-, vlees- en vegetarische liefhebber en het enthousiasme van het personeel.

Een nieuwe zaak in Breda met een duidelijk verhaal (rondom de barbershops en de drooglegging) met een eigen gezicht dat zich vertaalt in de aankleding van de zaak, het gekozen menu met hele leuke en verrassende gerechten voor de vis-, vlees- en vegetarische liefhebber en het enthousiasme van het personeel.
Hoogtepunten voor mij waren de forel met Japanse smaak als voorgerecht, de Flat Iron steak als hoofdgerecht (die aangeprezen wordt als de signature dish van de chef) en het chocolade-toetje als dessert.
