Read full reviewBij de binnenkomst worden we hartelijk ontvangen. Eenmaal binnen zijn we onder de indruk van de mooie marmeren tafels. Zelfs de servies op tafels liggen er mooi bij. Niet onbelangrijk ook, de stoelen zitten lekker met ruimte genoeg tussen de tafels. Voordat we aan onze menu begonnen, kregen we aan tafel drie ingredienten waaraan we mochten ruiken. Die ingredienten zouden o.a. in het tussengerecht zitten, zoals: een nootachtige olie, pruimen en een gedroogde bloemkruiden. Er werd op onze zintuigen gespeeld en ja, we wilden ook voor het tussengerecht gaan, wat zeker de moeite waard was. De amuse vooraf was heerlijk: een crème pompoensoepje met kleine garnaaltes met daarnaast gerookte zalm op een krokantje met dressing. Daarna het voorgerecht een tonijncarpaccio met citrusvruchten en eendenlever. Het hoofdgerecht langzaam gegaarde lamsvlees met daarnaast rundertartaar op een flinterdunne toast. Alle gangen tot aan de dessert klopten gewoon. Zulke verfijnde smaken en technieken komen we zelden tegen... we zijn echt blij verrast. Verder heeft de bediening ons prima geholpen. Er is aandacht voor vragen of een praatje. Een prachtzaak die we ontdekt hebben, waarvan we hopen dat we heel lang en vaak van zullen genieten.
Heerlijk gegeten, top service. Absoluut een aanrader!
