Alles was eigenlijk subliem. We hadden gekozen voor de drie gangen proeverij en de culinaire gerechten werden met liefde bereid en opgediend. Van alles een beetje, maar ruim voldoende. Super bedoening. Bijzonder geslaagd. Één sterretje minder voor het lawaai, maar het is één grote aanbeveling.
