Het ontvangst was heel prettig en de bediening was erg goed. Het eten was voortreffelijk met veel verschillende smaakjes en heel leuk opgediend. De ruimte waar gegeten wordt is wat kil. Niet heel erg sfeervol, teveel licht. verder een hele leuke avond gehad.
In de restaurantweek verschillende keukens bezocht. Bij de Polderkeuken een vriendelijke ontvangst en uitstekende service waarbij het glas nooit leeg stond. Het eten was in proportie en smaakte heerlijk. Een goed verzorgde en sfeervolle avond!
Zeker een aanrader.
Geweldig gegeten met originele en verfijnde smaakcombinaties. Alleen... wat komt er nu uit de nabijgelegen polder? Mag wel wat meer de nadruk op liggen.

Ons bezoek aan de Polderkeuken in Stolwijk was de fietstocht vanuit Gouda meer dan waard! De volgende keer gaan we met vrienden en maken we gebruik van de taxicentrale waar de Polderkeuken een goede deal mee heeft, want dat heerlijke wijnarrangement wil je niet missen bij de smaakvolle gerechten!

Restaurant De Nieuwe Polderkeuken is located in the middle of the Groene Hart. We work with suppliers from the Stolwijk area so that you can experience the tasteful products from the polder yourself.

Chef Frank Streefland grew up in the Stolwijk area and therefore knows the region well. He has experience in various luxury restaurants and in 2009 won the Golden Ladle for the Groene Hart region.
