De Nederlanden has a beautiful restaurant on the Vecht with its own (covered and heated!) terrace. SVH Meesterkok Wilco Berends has been cooking a Michelin star for more than 20 years and has been included in the 17+ club by Gault & Millau. His flavors are pure, worldly and the preparations classic. Dishes that are distinct but recognizable. A menu with mainly fish, vegetarian guests will be surprised by the 6 or 8 course vegetarian menu.
Sommelier of the year Sami Boutartour manages the wine cellar with a love for classic wines but certainly knows how to surprise with finds from all over the world. The service team led by Hostess of the Year 2023 Caroline Berends ensures that guests lack nothing and that you can enjoy a delicious lunch or a sumptuous dinner to the fullest.
