De uitleg bij elke gang was uitstekend en je kon allerlei vragen stellen en die werden allemaal zonder haperen beantwoord. We hadden een drie gangen menu van de Restaurantweek. We werden verrast met een heerlijke amuse en later met minibroodjes met boter, olijfolie en zout. Het voorgerecht was gebaseerd op rauwwe tonijn en was heerlijk van smaak. Ook de combinatgie van allerlei toevoegingen was prima. Het hoofdgerecht was uitstekend. We hadden voor vlees gekozen. Er waren verschillende soorten groente bij, allemaal erg klein maar verrukkelijk en gewoon voldoende om echt van te kunnen genieten. Overigens was het vlees niet weinig maar heerlijk met eigen gemaakte saus. Voor het dessert konden we kiezen uit het standaar gebodene, meloen mix met ijsbolletje, of kaasplankje met bijbetaling. Zelf had ik gekozen voor het zoete dessert en dan een heerlijke dessert wijn er bij, smullen. Hoewel de hoeveelheid meloen wel erg klein was maar prachtig opgemaakt !! Het kaasplankje was ook prima. 5 Soorten kaas, allemaal heerlijk afwisselend. Kortom, we hebben heerlijk gedineerd, goede kwaliteit, prima bediening, mooi opgemaakt en voor een mooie prijs (deze week).
