Our kitchen offers a culinary journey through Italy, France, the Netherlands, and Europe, with a special focus on seafood. We use the finest products to serve our guests the most delicious dishes. These products come from carefully selected suppliers: our bread is from the local bakery Treur, the fish from G&B Vis in Yerseke, and the wines, of course, from Grandi Vini. Enjoy classic Italian pastas, refined French dishes, hearty Dutch specialties, and fresh seafood that brings the taste of the sea to your plate.
