Leuke persoonlijke service in een ongedwongen sfeer. Eten was bijzonder en heerlijk. Ik weet dat er in dit soort zaken niet echt over de prijzen wordt gesproken, maar toch jammer dat je de keuze krijgt tussen een zoet en een kaasdessert en dat de dan voor de kaas een toeslag op de rekening ziet. Vind ik persoonlijk jammer.

Verrassend de inktvis kon met B.V. met chevice zachter. Als een fles wijn er niet is en een”soortgelijke” wel mag die niet onverwachts zonder vooraankondigingen €25 duurder zijn!!! Verder toch wel goed gegeten

Ik vind eten vrij sterk van smaak met iets te vaak sojasaus. Bediening heel prettig en voorkomend. Je werd echt als gast binnengehaald.

Nino Willems is a young enthusiastic chef with a wealth of experience in top restaurants. He worked at Beluga (**) in Maastricht, then went to De Kromme Watergang (**) in Breskens, which after a few years he exchanged for De Librije (***) in Zwolle. After seven fantastic learning years, it is time for the next career move: his own business.

This he does together with Aysen Bilal, who worked as a hostess at De Librije and Poppe.
